You must be at least 18 years of age to use LuckyRecycler. By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that using skin gambling services is legal in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your country, state, or territory. LuckyRecycler is void where prohibited by law.
Access may be restricted without notice from certain geographic regions where applicable law prohibits or requires licensing for online gambling services. Circumventing geographic restrictions — including through VPN or proxy services — is a violation of these Terms.
Accounts are linked to your Steam identity via Steam OpenID authentication. You may only create and maintain one LuckyRecycler account. Operating multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or using another person's Steam credentials is prohibited.
You are solely responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your Steam credentials and Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator secure. LuckyRecycler will never ask for your Steam password.
Accounts found to be operated by automated scripts, bots, or on behalf of a third party (without explicit written operator approval) may be suspended or permanently banned.
All skin deposits are voluntary. Once a game round begins using your deposited skins, the deposit is non-refundable. Skins deposited to a completed game round cannot be reversed regardless of outcome.
LuckyRecycler applies a platform fee (house edge) to all games. The exact fee is disclosed on each game page before you place a bet. By participating, you acknowledge and accept the disclosed house edge.
All game outcomes are determined by provably fair algorithms. You may verify any outcome using the tools available on the Provably Fair page. Disputing outcomes based solely on perceived unfairness (without cryptographic evidence of manipulation) is not grounds for a refund.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:
Withdrawals are processed as Steam skin trades from the platform's bot inventory. Withdrawal availability depends on bot inventory stock. LuckyRecycler makes reasonable efforts to maintain sufficient inventory, but cannot guarantee specific skins will be available at all times.
Balances have no cash value and are not redeemable for fiat currency. They represent a claim on equivalent-value Rust skins only.
LuckyRecycler is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LuckyRecycler and its operators disclaim all liability for:
In no event shall the total liability of LuckyRecycler exceed the value of skins deposited by you in the 30 days prior to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction. Users are solely responsible for compliance with the laws of their own country, state, or territory. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or, where arbitration is not enforceable, through the courts of the operator's jurisdiction.
LuckyRecycler reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Significant changes will be announced via the platform's Discord.
